2021年2月11日是庚子鼠年的最后一天，为了迎接新年的到来，太阳集团欢迎您来华职工管理员组织在校职工包饺子，共度除夕，给在异国他乡求学的学子送来祝福和关怀，让他们度过一个传统中国年。

 On 11th Feb, 2021, the last day of this year, the administrator of Hankou University International College organized foreign students to make dumplings and sent best wished and care to the students studying in China, which companied them a traditional Chinese new year.

    伴随着音乐，职工们开始学习如何包饺子，剁馅儿、调味、包饺子，职工做的有模有样。在包饺子的过程中，职工管理员给大家讲解了包饺子的要领和过年吃饺子的寓意。

 With the music, the foreign students began to learn how to make dumplings. Chopping the stuffing, seasoning and making dumplings, students master it so fast and administrator told students how to make a good-looking dumplings and what’s the moral of eating dumplings in New Year Eve.

    饺子包好后，学生们根据自己的喜好选择烹饪方式，油煎或者蒸煮，他们品尝并互相分享着自己包的饺子，其乐融融。

    Then, students decided to fry or boil it according to their preference and shared them with everyone, what a enjoyable night!

    饺子，在中国不仅仅是一种美食，还蕴涵着中华传统文化，是每家平时的美味小吃，更是在大年三十晚上必备的食物，表达着人们对美好生活的向往与诉求。学院借本次活动表达了对因疫情无法回国的学子们深深的关爱与祝福，祝愿他们在中国也能和在家一样温暖。

     Dumplings, rather than merely a Chinese traditional food, they contain the Chinese traditional culture and also can be a delicious snack and usually show up with other dishes at dinner of Chinese New Year Eve, which give a blessing to all family members. The college took this event to give deep care to the students who could not return to their motherland due to the epidemic and hope everything will go well.
